Hello, My name is Sue & I just don’t understand how Verizon Wireless can LIE about their 30 day return policy? After calling to cancel service after only 10 days, I was put right into collections for $773.00! I sent the phones right back to Verizon Wireless & have FedEx tracking numbers2009 869175061340 & 2009 869175061350‏ to PROVE IT!

Verizon fraudulently continued to charged me for a phone I had already mailed back to them!  The battled continued with their regular threatening bills and letters demanding payment for charges I neither made or with a phone I no longer possessed.  When I would try to call I was mistreated by Verizon’s” trained to be evasive phone reps” who pass me from one extension to the next, while being worn down emotionally from having  repeating my case each time.THEY WANTED ME TO GIVE UP AND JUST PAY, THAT IS VERIZON’S PLAN FROM THE GET GO!

I am asking for your support by sharing with me your experiences with Verizon.  Have they bullied you by putting you into collections with undue cause, sent  nasty collection letters, put you on perpetual hold, like they did to me?

My suspicions of Verizon’s deceitful practices was confined when I  read the New York times article describing how the FCC investigated their shady claims and fraudulent charges onto unsuspecting consumers.  It infuriates me that this multimillion dollar company can get away with cheating the working class people like ourselves.

Now that Verizon Wireless has ignored my countless phone calls to customer service & done nothing but keep me on hold passing from 1 department to another since September 2009. I work for a living and don’t have hours to be on hold with NASTY Verizon Wireless Customer service!  I sent countless letters to try and resolve this issue. After my letters went unanswered I was forced to send certified letters US Postal Tracking numbers 7180 5216 6520 5302 5464 and 7008 1830 0000 5498 0250.

Verizon Wireless finally answered me by placing me right into collections with Vantage Sourcing LLC. This happened without Verizon Wireless even answering my certified mail request to resolve my ongoing issue.

Being that I have documentation that I canceled service with Verizon Wireless in the 30 day return policy you would have thought Vantage Sourcing LLC would just look at my FedEx tracking Return from Sept 18th 2009 869175061340 & 2009 869175061350.

Needless to say Vantage Sourcing LLC didn’t care to help me resolve my unfair collection! When I call them they will say they haven’t received any correspondence from me! I also have US Post Office Tracking numbers that they were notified by me! 7008 1830 0000 5498 6740 and 7008 1830 0000 5498 6740

Now “NSA” North Shore Agency, Inc has just sent a Demand For Payment Notice? How stupid is Verizon Wireless?

Sent NSA a certified letter # 7010 0290 0001 3865 9429 & 7180 5216 6520 5302 8298 asking them why there harassing me without cause? Verizon Wireless is greedy!

What is this world coming to when a Verizon Wireless never cared to return a phone call or even a certified letters? They just want to harass me with collection agency rather then do what’s right!
