Did Verizon Wireless Scam you?
I was ripped off & cheated by Verizon Wireless and feel so alone. If you had a bad experience and were cheated by them? Please tell me how they scammed you!
Together we can stop corporate America’s Verizon Wireless from screwing hard working Americans out of their cash! They ripped me off and I just want to get the word out.
Please tell us how you were ripped off or why your unhappy with Verizon Wireless.
I bought a cell from them and it didn’t work in my home so I returned it 2 days latter only using 15 min of airtime and they go and put me in collections. Every time I receive a collection letter I send the US post office return receipt and no one will take this off my credit!
To make matters worse every time I clear it up with the collection company these scum bags resell my account to another collection agency. Now I could understand if this happened once or twice but I just had to send the eights letter out. I also have to send it certified of nothing seams to get done. I out of pocket over $25.00 in certified mail alone.
I only built this website so I could have something to email to Verizon Wireless executives add board members who all don’t care to help me either.

Verizon promised me a new thunderbolt after my 14 day policy expired. Supervisor and Operations Manager approved it! I call last night and the stupid rep tells me they cannot honor the offer cause there’s no justification, and the fact that a different center offered it. Guess Verizon doesn’t give a shit about their promises.

Recently my droid touch screen quit working. I have had the phone 20 months. I paid for insurance when I purchased the phone $100 for 2 years. My receipt shows 2 year WPP-phone protection. Verizon claimed I had no insurance and they couldn’t help me. ( I have been a customer for 10 years ) Customer service told me I bought my phone from a non Verizon store. Come to find out it was a real Verizon store. Next I was told I was sold a 3rd party insurance and I would have to deal with them direct. Verizon’s insurance on their web site is listed as WPP. and my receipt says WPP. ( enter WPP in Verizon’s search box on web site and it gives you their ext I was told they feel really bad over the confusion but they can not help me, but I can upgrade. The receipt customer service has states I declined insurance and shows no $99.99 charge. So the store must of given me a 3rd party insurance that by chance is called exactly the same WPP. When they thought I purchased the phone from someone else they blamed the store, except it is their store. I am very sorry for being all over the place with this post but I am pissed. The employee’s at the Verizon store after looking at my receipt say I was charged for Verizon’s insurance.
Global warrenty group…. wireless protection plan is my insurance carrier and they are a night mare from hell. I paid the deductible $75 and received a replacement phone that is a mess. I brought the phone to the Verizon store the first day to show them it didn’t function properly and they agreed. This story goes on and on. thanks bobby v

Verizon wireless can kiss my ass! Especially that c*** in the so called executive office. I was promised a phone# change to a number that was already picked out so I changed all my contacts, made new business cards (ext) at my expense come to find out that Verizon Wireless made a error of issuing me this new# prior to 90 days after the othe (old) customer had it. I called the corporate office phone#203.269.8858 or 1800.621.9900 and the bitch tells me we will not refund you any money for advertising even though I had reciept’s materials with the # they gave me everything and she then told me that if I call there again about this they have the right to terminate my contract. So I told her well, why wait? Take the phone the contract & VZW and shove them all up your mother’s ****! I mean WTF??? I cant even complain or you threaten me fuck you verizon.
